Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Tailored/customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Credit Card: 4–10 business days
