Credit Card Charges

Your card will be charged at the time of placing the order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to your card.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Which countries do you deliver to? We currently deliver to Kuwait and all GCC countries.
  • What are the delivery charges? Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • How long does delivery take? Kuwait orders: 1–2 business days (Saturday to Thursday). GCC orders: 3–5 business days.
  • Do I get a tracking number? If the shipping carrier provides tracking, we will share the tracking number with you once your order has been dispatched.
  • How secure is shopping on Naseej? We take your data privacy seriously. We use secure data handling, encryption, and privacy protocols to protect your information. We never share or sell your personal data. For more details, please review our [Privacy Policy].
  • What happens after I place an order? You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order is packed and ready for shipment, a dispatch email will be sent with tracking info (if available).
  • Do I receive an invoice? Yes. A copy of your invoice will be sent to your email registered under the order, and another invoice will be included with the delivery.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with the invoice included.
    • Exchanges are allowed for the same product only (e.g., different size or color, if available), after payment of difference if required.
    • To exchange for a different product, the original order must be canceled and a new order placed.
    • Products with customizations or tailoring are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used in the order: KNET refunds: 1–2 business days. Credit Card refunds: 4–10 business days.
