Shipping Policy

  • What are the delivery charges for orders from the Naseej website? Delivery charges are based on the weight of the product ordered and the location for its delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown on the final checkout page before proceeding with the payment. You will have the chance not to place your order if you wish not to.
  • Which payment methods are accepted on the Naseej website? Accepted methods of payment include Credit Card (Visa, Master Card) or KNET
  • How long will delivery take? For order inside of Kuwait: 2-3 working days, Sunday – Thursday. For international orders: shipping time and cost vary according to location.
  • Do I get a tracking number to track my order? If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.
  • How secure is shopping on the Naseej website? Is my data protected? We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • What exactly happens after ordering? A confirmation email will be sent to you after placing an order. Once the order becomes ready for dispatch, a dispatch email will be sent to the User.
  • Do I receive an invoice for my order? An invoice will be sent with the order.


Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have up to 14 days from the date the order is delivered to exchange or refund their orders, as per the terms and conditions below:

    • For the product to be in the same condition it was delivered in, with the original invoice and packaging.
    • You can replace any purchased product by choosing a different size or color fabric available, and pay the difference if any.
    • The customer bears the cost of returning the product in good condition for any exchange or refund.
    • All refunds will be made with the same form of payment made. (Example: if you paid online by using your KNET, you will be refunded through that KNET card within 1 week of returning the product and sending a refund request)
